His role at Best Events includes, among other things, developing new markets and customer relations.Chris Ramos is a graduate from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and has been involved with community organizations for over fifteen years. Over the past ten years, Ramos has been involved in the Janesville community through local arts organizations, non-profits, and building local business contacts. He is also a member of Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change, a local coalition whose goal is to educate and prevent substance abuse in the local youth population. Tickets are $45 per person in advance, $55 at the door.Wine Wonderland will be held at the Best Events banquet facility at 1741 Adel St., Janesville. This wine tasting event will include domestic and international wines, elegant hors d’ oeuvres, acoustic music by Duane Worden, silent auction items, and raffle prizes. JANESVILLE, WI – KANDU Industries is collaborating with the Alzheimer’s Association and the Alzheimer’s Support Center to present a free seminar discussing the ten warning signs of Alzheimer’s. The seminar will be held Thursday, January 26, 2012, from 6 to 7 pm in KANDU’s Banquet Hall at 1741 Adel Street, Janesville. This seminar is open to the public.Emily Hilker of the Alzheimer’s Association will speak on the topic. Following the discussion, Julie Smith of KANDU will give a tour of KANDU’s Day Services/Memory Care facilities. Refreshments will be provided.
