Milton, Wis. (March 10, 2026) — KANDU Industries, Inc., a Rock County, Wis.-based non-profit that provides programs and services for people with disabilities, is pleased to announce the addition of two experienced leaders to its management team. John Plohetski has joined the organization as production director, and Lisa Parteh has joined as client services director.
Plohetski brings decades of executive and operational leadership experience in manufacturing and business growth. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale production teams, implemented lean manufacturing practices, and driven measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and revenue growth.
As production director, Plohetski will oversee KANDU’s production operations, with a focus on strengthening business partnerships, improving operational performance, and expanding meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
“John’s background in operations management and continuous improvement will help us continue to grow our production services while maintaining the supportive and inclusive environment that defines KANDU,” said KANDU Executive Director Kathy Hansen.
Parteh joins KANDU with extensive leadership experience in the mental health and developmental disabilities field. She has held executive roles overseeing client services, regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and program development.
In her role as client services director, Parteh will lead KANDU’s program team in ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, supporting families and guardians, and advancing high-quality, person-centered services.
“Lisa’s depth of experience in compliance, program leadership, and service development will strengthen our ability to serve individuals and families with excellence,” Hansen said. “Her passion for quality and advocacy aligns seamlessly with our mission.”

The addition of these leadership roles reflects KANDU’s continued growth following its expansion into a 110,000-square-foot facility in Milton, Wis., allowing the organization to increase both production capacity and program services.
Together, Plohetski and Parteh bring a strong combination of operational expertise and client-centered leadership. Their addition supports KANDU’s continued commitment to creating, promoting, and providing diverse opportunities for individuals with disabilities to pursue greater independence.
