KANDU adds key leadership position as it prepares to expand in its new facility.

Janesville, Wis. (April 12, 2024) – KANDU Industries Inc., a Rock County, Wis.-based non-profit that provides programs and services to people with disabilities and disadvantages, today announced that Isaiah Vance has been appointed to the newly created position of client services compliance director.

In his new role, Vance will provide effective oversight and accountability for compliance with the State of Wisconsin, contracted managed care organizations and other funding sources related to the organization’s client services division.

“Isaiah is a welcome addition to KANDU’s leadership team,” said Kathy Hansen, KANDU’s executive director. “I am confident that his experience in program administration and compliance will play a vital role in advancing KANDU as we settle into our new facility in Milton and expand to serve more people with disabilities in our community.”

Vance has nearly ten years of experience in client services at KANDU, most recently as the organization’s external senior client services manager, overseeing the daily operation of its community employment and daily living skills programs.  Vance graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in social work and lives in Fort Atkinson, Wis. with his wife and two children.

KANDU will complete its move to its new facility in Milton, Wis. later this summer where the non-profit will gain an additional 30,000 square feet of space for client program expansion.
